Project overview
Solace Clinics is a concept group of wellness clinics whose reception staff spent most of the day answering routine questions about opening hours, parking, prices and rescheduling.
I designed an accessible booking journey and an AI assistant that answers only from approved clinic information, never gives clinical advice, and passes anything sensitive to a person.
This is a concept project created to show my approach. Real case studies are available on request.
